About REM · Calgary, Alberta
Built for the long term. Accountable from installation through service.
REM Commercial Services Inc. is an Alberta-based systems integrator working across Canada. The name on the proposal is the name on the service truck, and the standard is the same on day one and day three thousand.
How we work
Four working principles, visible in every job.
A clear service path wherever the property is located.
We're based in Alberta and work across Canada. Delivery and support arrangements are defined up front, and every request enters an accountable intake process.
Decisions made deliberately, then written down.
Fail modes, integrations, and configurations are chosen on purpose and recorded. If a decision isn't documented, we treat it as not made yet.
Every visit ends in a report.
What was found, what was done, what to watch. Our clients can audit us with our own paperwork, and that's exactly how we want it.
We'll tell you what not to buy.
If a cheaper phase, a repair, or someone else's specialty serves you better, that's the recommendation you'll get. Long relationships out-earn big invoices.
